Spin Safe Campaign

Spin is an SF-based, global micromobility company that provides an affordable and sustainable option for people to get around in dense, urban areas.

The Spin Safe campaign was a multi-year campaign that focused on the company’s community safety outreach programs in the 75+ cities it serves.

The process began with interviewing stakeholders from multiple key teams including C-Level Executives, as well as researching safety requirements from various cities. Once key elements were identified, my team and I worked in partnership with Spin’s Community Partnerships team to develop a storyboard to address city and community concerns.

I then proceeded to scout a location that had to have ambiguity because this is a national campaign.

I partnered with a video production company and collaborated on the direction and production of each scene. The final deliverable included four ~1 minute clips to address elements identified during the interview and research process - Getting Started, Being on the Road, Ending Your Trip, and COVID-19 Safety.

The campaign later was replicated to include e-bikes.
